Decide to Live Intentionally

Make a decision to live more intentionally.

Rather than reacting to the rude comment, being triggered by ignorance, or just following the pack, decide who you are in advance.

The key here is to decide.

Decide to focus more on what you want and less on what you don’t want.

Decide what emotions you want to feel and get intimately familiar with what triggers these emotions.

Decide what experiences you want this day, this week, this month and this year.

Decide what is acceptable in your life and what is not.

Decide how you are going to take care of your physical body.

Decide what you put into your mind.

Decide what comes out of your mouth.

Decide on how you want to show up.

Decide who you are going to be through adversity.

Decide how you treat those who misunderstand you.

You may not be a leader in your workplace, but you are the leader of your own life.

It’s all about decisions.

Let your decisions be based on who YOU are instead of on what someone else says, thinks or does.
