Minimize Anger and Maximize Capacity

Often a client comes to me with the belief that they have an anger problem. I tell them they most likely have an awareness problem. Anger is just energy that wants to go somewhere. Anger can be channeled for good, or it can lead us to take action too soon or lash out when we need more information.
