Over the course of your lifetime, you’re going to work with colleagues, employees, and bosses who are difficult to get along with—individuals who are disagreeable, resistant, or considered to be high-conflict, and you will resist them.
You will resist pushing back. You will resist being honest. You will resist almost anything that causes you to feel the inner conflict of working with people you don’t like or don’t respect.
